Greenline Estates is a family-run developer. For 17 years we have built villas, townhouses and apartments across the city — and sold every one of them through a site visit, never a brochure alone.
When you book a visit, a site manager who worked on that project meets you at the gate. You’ll see the construction up close, check the approved plans and RERA registration, and get a written price sheet to take home.

How visits work
An hour on site, with the person who built it.
Site visits daily, 10:00 – 18:00. Visits are free and there is no obligation to buy.

Pick a home and a slot
Choose a property and a one-hour slot between 10 AM and 6 PM. You can book up to 30 days ahead.
- 02
We call to confirm
Within two working hours a site manager calls to confirm the slot and asks if you need pickup from the metro.
- 03
Walk the site
See the actual unit or sample home, the approved plans, RERA documents and the construction schedule.
- 04
Take the price sheet home
You leave with a written, itemised cost sheet. No booking amount is asked for on the day of the visit.

Choose a home, a day and an hour.
Slots are one hour, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM start, every day. Same-day bookings need two hours’ notice.
